This Agreement governs your access to and use of the CLS eLearning platform, including its website, applications, and services.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of the Services is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms in full. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by CLS eLearning.
CLS eLearning is a professional online learning platform built on over 30 years of experience in delivering offline and live interactive training. It provides high-quality, officially recognized, and regularly updated content aligned with current market needs and industry standards, delivered by experienced, top-rated instructors.
Learning outcomes may vary depending on individual effort, background, and engagement.
You may access and use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services or any Company content to recruit, solicit, or otherwise contact instructors or prospective users for employment, engagement, or business opportunities unrelated to the Company without the Company’s prior written consent, which may be granted or withheld at its sole discretion.
You agree not to:
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass platform security
• Contact instructors outside the platform for external business opportunities
To access certain Services, you must create an account and provide a username and password. This information allows CLS eLearning to deliver services, provide support, and manage the platform effectively.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is accurate, current, and complete.
You agree to promptly notify CLS eLearning of any:
1. Unauthorized use of your account or security breach
2. Failure to log out at the end of each session
The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
You may not assign, transfer, or share your account with any third party without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users must be at least (13) years of age to create an Account and use the Services. Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an Account.
If you are under 13, you may only access the Services through an account created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
All course fees must be paid in advance using approved payment methods.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
• We do not store card details
• Access may be suspended in case of payment failure or suspected fraud
• Fees include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
Upon successful completion of a payment transaction, a confirmation email containing the relevant transaction details will be sent to the registered email address
If you do not receive confirmation within the specified timeframe, you are responsible for contacting the Platform’s support team for assistance.
• Full refunds are available only if no course content has been accessed
• Once any content is accessed, fees are non-refundable
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–30 business days
• Users may request a course replacement prior to the course start; price differences apply if the new course is of higher value
Purchasing a course grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content.
You may NOT:
• Copy, record, or redistribute course materials
• Share your account with others
• Use content for commercial purposes without permission .
In the event of any dispute, the Company’s Support Team will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through such means, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to first engage in a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through an informal dispute resolution process.
The party asserting a claim shall submit to the other party a written notice that includes their full name, mailing address, and email address, together with: (a) a clear description of the nature and details of the dispute; and (b) a proposed resolution.
Exam Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold, assigned, or otherwise distributed to any third party. Each Exam Voucher is valid solely for the specific exam and provider identified at the time of purchase and may be subject to geographic availability restrictions.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, each Exam Voucher is valid for a single exam registration only. Exam Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to exams that have already been taken.
All content, branding, and materials on the platform are owned by CLS eLearn or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• CLS eLearn shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• CLS is not liable for any use of knowledge acquired through the platform in connection with any illegal activities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free. Maintenance or updates may occur without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
CLS eLearning may update these Terms at any time. Updates are posted on the platform and become effective immediately. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
